Rooms were very clean! We'll stay again next time we're up this way. I liked that the town was not so touristy. Everything to do is just a short drive away. I think we were in at least 3 near by towns within 20 miles or so.

The place was peaceful, and well located with access to food within walking distances and close to the hiking shuttle. The owner checked me in last minute, gave me the room closest to the router so I had good internet for work, and I was able to see the parade and the Christmas tree being lit on main street. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

We were in Franklin to help our son and girlfriend move a couple of items to their new home. It was short notice and we arrived late. Everyone was very easy to work with. The hotel is older, but it is kept up and as clean as possible. We have two dogs, and they accept pets for a fee per pet. We would definitely stay there again. Especially if we have our dogs with us! Thanks for the great service!

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my first trip to the US. The people there were really nice and made my trip a whole more worth it. Also it was nearby A store and where my girlfriend lives so that was a plus! Thank you for the stay!

Great location right in town walking distance from main Street. Very hiker friendly great hiker box and the owner even gave me a free mre. The floor in the room was sticky so I made sure to leave my socks on but other than that great service and clean sheets/towels and $6 laundry if you need it.

We came through around midnight and the man working the front desk was incredibly polite and understanding, and didn't make a big fuss about our dog or large trailer. He even ran around grabbing us towels and making sure we were comfortable. The room was outdated, but it was clean. The bed was divine after being in the car for 30+ hours, my group slept like babies.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and when I called in a noise complaint they immediately offered to change my room, building exterior is clean and nicely kept, room interior was above expectations for price. The only problem I had was the smell of the room, it smelled strange and strongly of chemicals

The room was very clean and the beds were pretty comfy. And I was really digging the color that was chosen for the building. Also, the guy that runs the front desk is a genuinely great person. He helped me and treated myself and my children very kindly. May God bless him and his family.

The flowers are vibrant and so well-maintained, adding such a charming touch to the whole place. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s full of heart, and that means more than anything to me. In a world where things to be bought under $100 is constantly shrinking, this place is a burning beacon of good deals. It’s an older hotel, so it’s nothing fancy but it is well kept and very clean and staffed with friendly individuals. I’d been on a solo motorcycle camping trip and got caught out riding in the cold and unforgiving rain for 5 hours and wasn’t feeling up to another night in the camp. I’m a spendthrift and so I sought out a deal on the interwebs and I landed here and I couldn’t be happier. Fortuna had smiled upon me. Plus, it’s privately owned so I’m supporting a small local business. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to pinch a penny without having to suffer any custodial shortfalls. The room has a comfortable bed, mini fridge, nuke box, and television, as well as cold a/c.
